Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We deliver to all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, 
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery times
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Sharjah & Ajman: 2–3 business days
- Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
- Northern Emirates (RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): 3–5 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Asia/Dubai) on a business day are 
processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, 
Saturdays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on all orders above AED 200
- Standard shipping for orders below AED 200: AED 15 flat rate
- Cash on Delivery available — AED 10 COD handling fee applies

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp 
notification with a tracking link from our delivery partner Quiqup. 
Most orders can be tracked within 4–6 hours of dispatch.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the windows above due to 
weather, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control. We 
will always update you proactively if your order is affected.

Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged 
or is missing, contact us within 24 hours at info@mystiquearoma.ae 
or via WhatsApp on +971 50 132 2393 and we will resolve it for you.

International shipping
We currently focus on serving UAE customers. For special international 
requests, please contact us directly and we will do our best to 
accommodate.

No hassle return policy

• We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with intact packing.

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, you can contact us at info@mystiquearoma.ae.

• If your return is accepted, The customer has to courier the package to the given address.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective,damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, get in touch and we will send you the new item you requested.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

• Please remember it can take some time (4-7 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
